What You'll Do
- →Receives and/or stages stock for shipment or issue.
- →Ensure correctness of quantities, identification and labeling.
- →Performs ordinary packing, blocking and bracing, or requests assistance when substantial quantities are involved.
- →Delivers stock received to the appropriate Service, Division, or Section.
- →Completes documents, obtains signatures, maintains various records and prepares reports.
- →Operates forklift trucks and electric walk-behind hand jacks and other automated equipment such as optical readers and scanners.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
