As a Management & Program Analyst (Data Analyst), you will identify, collect, and analyze data, perform data extracts, conduct analysis, briefing results to stakeholders, and generating reports and dashboards.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a data analyst with responsibility to collect, maintain, review, analyze, evaluate, report, and make recommendations on past, current, and projected data.
- →Develops, implements, and maintains ongoing metrics, reports, user stories, requirements, and dashboards, leveraging data from various databases, to drive key business decisions by leadership.
- →Uses data visualization, data communication, and report generation tools, such as Tableau, to prepare professional dashboards, reports, and documents.
- →Use analytical tools and programs to create, sort, and manage data and provide recommendations and reports to senior leadership.
- →Plans and conducts special studies and provides advice to managers and develops and evaluates policies in assigned program areas.
- →Prepares and delivers briefings to managers on projects, findings, and recommendations and develops communication products, including content on USCIS Connect web pages.
Requirements

- ✓Residency Requirement: There is a residency requirement for all applicants not currently employed by U.S.
- ✓Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- ✓This residency requirement states that candidates must have, for three of the last five years immediately prior to applying for this position; (1) resided in the United States; OR (2) worked for the United States Government as an employee overseas in a Federal or Military capacity, OR (3) been a dependent of a U.S.
