As a Management & Program Analyst (Data Analyst), you will identify, collect, and analyze data, perform data extracts, conduct analysis, briefing results to stakeholders, and generating reports and dashboards.

What You'll Do

  • Serves as a data analyst with responsibility to collect, maintain, review, analyze, evaluate, report, and make recommendations on past, current, and projected data.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains ongoing metrics, reports, user stories, requirements, and dashboards, leveraging data from various databases, to drive key business decisions by leadership.
  • Uses data visualization, data communication, and report generation tools, such as Tableau, to prepare professional dashboards, reports, and documents.
  • Use analytical tools and programs to create, sort, and manage data and provide recommendations and reports to senior leadership.
  • Plans and conducts special studies and provides advice to managers and develops and evaluates policies in assigned program areas.
  • Prepares and delivers briefings to managers on projects, findings, and recommendations and develops communication products, including content on USCIS Connect web pages.
