You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the REGIONAL CALL CENTER of COMNAVREG SE JAX.
What You'll Do
- →You will receive and process multi-channel facility maintenance requests via telephone and email, applying a thorough understanding of labor trades, structural components, and technical vernacular to capture accurate data.
- →You will evaluate and classify all incoming service requests into standardized priority categories (Routine, Urgent, Emergency, Project, Recurring) in strict compliance with OSD standards.
- →You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the computerized asset management system (MAXIMO), auditing system data, generating error reports, and providing first-level technical guidance to Regional Call Center (RCC) personnel.
- →You will manage daily workflow operations by balancing workload assignments among on-duty staff, verifying emergency dispatches, and maintaining flexibility to support critical operations across rotating 24/7 shifts.
