This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence - Office of Foreign Assets Control. As a Management and Program Analyst in the Office of the Director, you will be highly involved in all phases of OFACs administrative processes; overseeing and performing a variety of administrative support functions for the OFAC Front Office; as well as providing administrative, clerical, and technical support services to facilitate the workflow of the organization.
What You'll Do
- →The following are the duties of this position at the GS-12.
- →If you are selected at a lower grade level, you will have the opportunity to learn to perform all these duties and will receive training to help you grow in this position.
- →Review, evaluate, and recommend changes to program priorities, objectives, and goals including short and long-range goals and strategies.
- →Develop suggestions, recommendations, and conclusions that consider and give appropriate weight to uncertainties regarding the data and other variables that affect long-range program performance.
- →Research and develop/investigate a variety of internal and external issues and projects relating to a number of administrative and program-related matters.
- →Establish criteria to measure program and management effectiveness.
