You will serve as a MACHINIST TRAINING LEADER in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TRAINING & ADMIN, APPRENTICE ADMINISTRATOR (Code 900T.1) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will train Machinist Apprentices in the Machinist Apprentice Program.
- →You will write, develop and revise training plans.
- →You will prepare and conduct formal and informal classroom instruction for apprentices.
- →You will communicate with shop supervision and appropriate personnel on issues concerning apprentices or the apprenticeship program.
- →You wll maintain records and write reports.
- →You will evaluate the progress of apprentices.
