About the Role
This position supports specialized biomedical information services, including systematic reviews and other evidence synthesis projects; publication, portfolio, and research impact analyses; data management and sharing support; and training on biomedical information resources, analytical tools, and research workflows.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Librarian within the Division of Library Services, providing leadership and technical expertise in the provision of library and information management services.
- →Applies expertise in data analytics, evidence synthesis, and bibliometric tools to develop data and/or information solutions that support life sciences and biomedical research.
- →Provides instruction in the use of library-provided resources, analytical tools, scholarly resources, and/or information resources.
- →Delivers formal and informal presentations to NIH staff to promote awareness and effective use of Library programs and services.
- →Develops policies, programs, services, and products to address library user needs, and leads the creation of innovative methods for solving complex information challenges.
- →Evaluates, recommends, and maintains electronic resources relevant to the Library’s programs.
