What You'll Do
- →Serves as a working leader over other employees and concurrently performs identical duties.
- →Distributes and balances the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow and assures timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
- →Instructs employees in specific tasks and job techniques and makes available written instructions, reference materials and supplies.
- →Gives on the job training to new employees in accordance with established procedures and practices.
- →Performs research and analysis when discrepancies are identified because of physical inventories.
- →Assists with investigations when recording imbalances, losses, and/or Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDRs) problems related to lost material.
- →Determines the cause of record imbalances through collection, analysis, and evaluation of factors contributing to the inventory adjustment.
- →Conducts research, coordinates cost estimates and disposition instructions to appropriate work activities, commands, ICPs and stock readiness personnel.
