You will serve as a LEAD SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the Global Distance Support Center - Logistics Division of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
What You'll Do
- →You will train Customer Service Professionals on all systems as necessary to include new employees and any new system updates.
- →You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of complex tasks using data base systems to provide information, perform trend analysis, solve problems.
- →You will analyze, evaluate and provide technical supply program support to the customer.
- →You will research, compile and evaluate data to identify patterns in customer tracking system software.
- →You will distribute and balance the workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization, assure timely accomplishment of the assigned workload.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
