About the Role
You will serve as a Lead Regional Emergency Response Dispatcher in the Emergency Management Department of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead three or more Emergency Response Dispatchers in completion of Dispatch Center's daily functions and reports directly to the RDC Supervisory.
- →You will ensure all policies and regulations are followed and ensures safety in operations and training at all times.
- →You will receive emergency and non-emergency request by telephone, mobile radio, mobile data computers or automatic alarms throughout the Navy Region.
- →You will provide appropriate post-dispatch and pre-arrival instructions and maintain knowledge of all response resources available, sometimes in a widely dispersed environment.
