What You'll Do
- →Coordinates scheduling of all congressional products and services as Government Publishing Office (GPO) primary liaison to various audiences and congressional staff.
- →Schedules, tracks, and sets priorities for a wide variety of products.
- →Recommends changes to congressional staff regarding product specifications for cost reduction or product improvement.
- →Represents the office of Congressional Customer Services (CCS) in the production and development of electronic transmission of data.
- →Resolves simple, informal complaints of employees and refers formal grievances and appeals to the appropriate official.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.

- ✓If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
