The incumbent serves as a Lead Medical Reimbursement Technician performing a broad range of duties to achieve the established expected results for medical billings and reimbursable and non-reimbursable collections. ****This is not a virtual position. Must live within a commuting distance of the facility.****
What You'll Do
- →Major duties may include, but are not limited to: Leads the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques.
- →Reports to the supervisor periodically on team and individual work accomplishments, problems, and training needs.
- →Distributes and balances workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established work flow.
- →Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques and make available written instructions, reference materials and supplies.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: May be available based on agency need at supervisor discretion.
- →Telework: Not authorized.
- →Virtual: This is not a virtual position.
- →Must live within a commuting distance of the facility.

Requirements
