The incumbent serves as a Lead Medical Reimbursement Technician performing a broad range of duties to achieve the established expected results for medical billings and reimbursable and non-reimbursable collections. ****This is not a virtual position. Must live within a 50 mile commuting distance of the facility.****
What You'll Do
- →Major duties may include, but are not limited to: Keep apprised of status and progress of work and make day-to-day adjustments.
- →Estimate and report on expected time of completion of work.
- →Instruct employees in specific tasks and job techniques.
- →Provide on-the-job training.
- →Monitor working conditions such as seating, safety, etc.
- →Ability to interpret contract language to ensure compliance of third party payers.
- →Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm Compressed/Flexible: May be available based on agency need at supervisor discretion.
