The employee serves as a Lead Management Analyst for labor management, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, and classification and position management in the Human Capital Program Management Division (HCPMD).
What You'll Do
- →Incumbent typical work assignments may include the following: The employee utilizes a variety of coordinating, coaching, facilitating, consensus-building, and planning techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.
- →The position conducts special human capital-related studies assigned by the Director of HCPMD.
- →Serves as a PFPA point of contact responsible for coordinating with the Washington Headquarters Services, Human Resources Directorate (WHS/HRD), other DoW components, the WHS Office of the General Counsel, Central Management agencies, and other Executive Branch agencies on matters of common interest such as resources management and HR legislation.
- →Works with supervisors and managers to accurately define duties and responsibilities of positions in support of the PFPA' s mission and function.
