About the Role
Serves as LPN Lead for Ambulatory Care University and/or Ambulatory Care Nursing Service to include Primary Care and Specialty Care, This job will close when we have received 50 applications, which may be sooner than the closing date. What You'll Do
- →LPN/LVN responsibilities include: Serves as LPN Lead for Ambulatory Care University and/or Ambulatory Care Nursing Service, to include Primary Care & Specialty Care.
- →Lead preceptor for primary care and specialty LPN practice, collaborating with Clinic LPN leads to provide consistent support and coordination of process improvement and clinic function.
- →Clinical resource for LPNs within assigned clinical area/Ambulatory Care Nursing Service.
- →Supports all associated learning activities, programs, and related committees for the Ambulatory Care Nursing University.
- →Facilitates and maintains training activities associated with the LPN New Graduate Transition to Practice Program, LPN Academy, in-services, and annual skills fairs.
- →Provides complex direct patient care within the scope of practice for an LPN, as directed by Management.
- →At least 20% of biweekly workload is spent in direct patient care.
- →Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Varies - Service determines Tour of Duty to meet the needs of the unit/patients.

Requirements
