About the Position: Serves as a Lead Human Resources (HR) Specialist working in Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA), Soldier & DoD Services HR Directorate, DoDEA CHRSC. Commands supported for this recruitment include: Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA) employees.
What You'll Do
- →Utilize authoritative knowledge and skill in applying the full range of HR methods, principles, practices, and evaluative methodologies sufficient to advise on and/or resolve the full range of operational problems.
- →Use detailed analytical methods to identify, evaluate, and recommend in-depth alternatives with impact analyses to management to find appropriate HR solutions.
- →Provide guidance on merit system principles, prohibited personnel practices, the development and use of valid selection criteria.
- →Manage and maintain full visibility over all Request for Personnel Action (RPAs) from cradle to grave, and provide advice/assistance in all stages of the recruitment process Give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
- →Participate in the preparation of regularly scheduled production reports.
- →Develop and present technical briefings to staff and others.
