About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, Washington. The incumbent serves as a senior Human Resources specialist responsible for conducting manpower and workforce studies; performing comprehensive analyses of clerical, technical, administrative, and professional staffing needs; leading workforce planning and organizational assessments.
What You'll Do
- →Conduct manpower studies, workforce planning and analysis, organizational assessments, and provide placement and advisory services.
- →Utilize automated staffing tools to monitor the status of Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs), extract data, and prepare reports.
- →Review pay histories, evaluate grade and classification factors, and ensure recommendations align with federal pay policy and organizational compensation objectives.
- →Evaluate and recommend incentives, strategic outreach methods, and target recruitment solutions to strengthen the organization’s ability to attract highly qualified candidates.
- →Review work products, identify areas for improvement, and coach team members to enhance proficiency and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
