About the Role
You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY) in the Exceptional Family Member (EFM) Branch of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage a human resources program through a staff of human resources specialists and assistants.
- →You will resolve staffing and recruitment management problems throughout an organization.
- →You will collaborate with different program coordinators (e.g., Exceptional Family Program [EFMP]) to serve as a liaison for service members and their dependents.
- →You will present information on the Exceptional Family Member Program transfers to Active Duty and Reserve military personnel.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
