The Role
As a Lead Front End Software Engineer, you are a leader by example, a subject matter expert in modern front-end development, and you help guide strategic technical direction for our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to design and deliver scalable, high-quality user experiences while influencing front-end architecture decisions.
This role is heavily focused on Angular development, with the ability to collaborate effectively with backend teams working in Java-based environments.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and a thought leader in front-end architecture and development
- Lead front-end design decisions and recommend best practices for Angular-based applications
- Partner with backend teams to integrate with Java-based services and APIs
- Mentor, train, and upskill Callibrity peers and client team members
- Understand and align technical solutions to broader business goals
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactively identify challenges and recommend scalable, mainta
