What You'll Do
- →What to Expect Loads and unloads heavy boxes or recreational equipment, bulky supplies, and materials to and from trucks, dollies, cleans and sanitizes recreational equipment, operates a truck, tractor, or dolly, move and operate lawn equipment and recreational equipment.
- →Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains equipment.
- →Washes and waxes cars and trucks by hand or using powered buffer.
- →Runs hand and powered (walking type) lawnmowers, which do not require very heavy physical effort.
- →Moves heavy boxes or cartons by hand, hand-truck, or dolly.
- →Prolonged standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, and working in tiring and uncomfortable positions.
- →May shovel snow, sand, or dirt from sidewalks.
- →Work may be performed outdoors, occasionally in bad weather, involving exposure to extreme temperatures.
- →Indoor working conditions may expose the worker to drafts, noise, dust and dirt and require standing on concrete floors for long periods.
- →Exerts moderately heavy physical effort in doing such tasks as frequently lifting and carrying moderately heavy objects, pushing heavy furniture, loaded carts, etc.
- →Restocks supplies in recreational facilities.
- →Performs other related duties as required.
