About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to The Bowling Center on Travis Airforce Base, CA. Work Schedule: Intermittent (Flexible) employees have no guaranteed hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Physical Effort: Handles objects weighing up to 40 pounds. Eligible to use base facilities such as: Base Exchange (BX), Gym, Outdoor Rec, Library, Marina, Golf Course, Bowling Center and The Arts & Crafts Center.
What You'll Do
- →Performs standby service on automatic pinsetters, correcting pin jams and minor malfunctions.
- →Records stops in log.
- →Advises bowling facility management of unusual maintenance problems to keep down time to a minimum.
- →Follows regular preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules.
- →Replacing damaged pins as necessary.
- →Keeps pit and other work areas neat and clean at all times.
- →Plugs and refinishes bowling balls as instructed.
- →Performs simple repair assignments according to detailed instructions.
