What You'll Do
- →This position is located in the Office of Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Unit of the Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of the United States.The purpose of the position is to support the ongoing development of the risk management function at EXIM and is responsible assisting in the development of risk tools and assessments to facilitate the enterprise risk management process.
- →This is a developmental position in which the full performance level is GS-12.
- →As the incumbent progresses, he/she will receive assignments that: Require a higher level of knowledge Require less supervisory controls are progressively more complex.
- →At the full performance level, duties include, but are not limited to: Assists with developing risk assessment tools, practices, and procedures to manage EXIM's risk register and risk profile in accordance with leading industry practices.
- →Documents the application of risk metrics and the agency's methodologies for the assessment of risks throughout the agency.
- →Assists in the preparation of risk reports on risk policy exceptions (i.e, scorecards, dashboards.) to be provided to the Senior Risk Analyst for review.
- →Provides assistance to the team in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, monitoring, and scoring risk mitigation strategies (i.e., evaluating and treating the risk) regarding the most significant risks facing the agency.
- →Tracks and report on the enterprise-wide risk management plan to the Senior Risk Analyst.
