What You'll Do
- →Review purchases to find and track new BPAs, receipts, and MROs.
- →Receiving, reviewing and processing all documents into an inventory database.
- →Prepares and submits daily/weekly/monthly reports concerning all transactions processed for production materials, MROs, waste shipments, etc Distributes work through the inventory database to the Material Handlers and PPW employees.
- →Create barcodes and LPNs for production materials (i.e. paper, passport, and secure credentials).
- →Schedule secure and non-secure shipments.
- →Facilitate WIP counts and reconciliation.
- →Review and process purchase and invoice requests.
Requirements
- ✓Substitution of education in lieu of specialized experience may not be used for this grade level.
