This position, located at the Oklahoma City VA HCS, Facilities Management Service, serves as a consultant, advisor, planner, and designer of all assigned spaces in new and/or renovated construction programs, beginning with the earliest drawings provided by architects, engineers, and/or contracted consultants.

Requirements

- ✓Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959 Physical Requirements: Regularly conducts on-site inspections of project work sites.
- ✓Much time is spent walking, sitting, bending, lifting some furniture, standing, and stooping.
- ✓Frequently the employee is required to work on stepladders to measure for window and wall coverings.
- ✓Dexterity is required related to duties performed in drafting, sketching, and writing.
- ✓A pre-placement physical examination is not required.
