About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Assigned as Team Leader of a significant Project Office, responsible for the administration and management of the construction work assigned.
What You'll Do
- →Coordinate the review of shop drawings to determine conformance with construction plans.
- →Provide technical assistance and advice for resolution of complex problems.
- →Serve as coach, facilitator and/or negotiator in coordinating team initiatives and in consensus building activities among team members
