About the Role
About the Position: Receives customers and calls to the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), and ascertains the nature of the visitor call. Answers from routine to in depth inquiries based on knowledge of the mission, functions, organizational structures, staffing, medical terminology, physical layout and offsite locations of the WAMC. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Receives customers and calls to Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) and ascertains the nature of the visitor call.
- →Provides paging and emergency notification services for the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC).
- →Answers from routine to in depth inquiries based on knowledge of the mission, functions, organizational structures, staffing, medical terminology, physical layout and offsite locations of the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC).
- →Provides paging and emergency notification services for the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC).
- →Maintains Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Staff Roster of both civilians and military.
- →Maintains database of beepers and assigned numbers, coordinates with staff requiring changes or additions, makes appropriate changes, updates when necessary, and produces reports of new changes.
