You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING & TECH WORK DOC MGT DIV, FRCSW ENGINEERING FST of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as the senior industrial engineering technician (IET) lead for assigned production and Centralized Coordination Office (CCO) Business Development Division (BDD) projects/programs.
- →You will track productivity initiatives and process improvements and assess their influence on workload standards.
- →You will support FRCSW capability establishment projects for aircraft, component, engine, and ground support equipment systems.
- →You will establish time standards and man-hour estimates for existing and emerging programs to support accurate resource planning.
- →You will gather, analyze, and interpret technical and production data for special studies and division-led initiatives.
- →You will develop and maintain Master Work Plans to ensure accurate scheduling, configuration control, and workload execution.
