What You'll Do
- →Gather information on current human resources (HR) workflows and reports common system errors to help senior staff identify areas for improvement.
- →Draft initial versions of user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions to help employees navigate new HR tools.
- →Support the implementation of HR system updates by testing basic features and helping users with basic navigation.
