About the Position: This is a permanent position with USACE HQ.
What You'll Do
- →Advise senior leaders on SES program requirements and executive resource management.
- →Process SES personnel actions and maintain accurate executive documentation.
- →Recommend policy changes for executive workforce planning and succession strategies.
- →Lead studies to assess and improve SES program effectiveness across the command.
- →Prepare and present reports and briefings on executive human capital initiatives to leadership.
