You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the Fleet Human Resources Office FLEET HRO STENNIS, Stennis Space Center, MS
What You'll Do
- →You will perform staffing and placement support and advice for complex, dynamic organizations.
- →You will advise managers on recruitment strategies that meet personnel goals of organizations.
- →You will provide advice and assistance in staffing situations requiring extensive analysis.
- →You will serve as a senior specialist or troubleshooter and consultant to management on personnel management issues.
Requirements
- ✓GS-11: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degreeOR Possession of an LL.M, that is related to this position being filled.
