What You'll Do
- →You will advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, hiring flexibilities, and federal appointment authorities.
- →You will conduct job analyses, assess applicant qualifications, adjudicate veterans' preference, and issue referral lists.
- →You will validate selections, determine pay setting, coordinate reporting dates, and extend job offers.
- →You will process personnel actions (e.g., appointments, promotions, reassignments) using automated HR systems.
- →You will resolve complex staffing issues, conduct HR training, and prepare official correspondence and reports.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
