About the Role

What You'll Do
- →You will advise management on the development of full compensation packages utilizing the variety of available options, such as recruitment, relocation and retention incentives and superior qualifications appointments.
- →You will perform a variety of compensation related services including: providing guidance and suggestions for setting/adjusting pay for new and continuing employees; implementing pay schedule adjustments and special salary rates.
- →You will provide advice and guidance to managers in assembling all required documentation to accompany recruitment actions and ensure that all technical work is complete and accurate.
- →You will monitor local labor market conditions and provide advice to management on future staffing strategies.
