You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Classification) in the Human Resources Division of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
What You'll Do
- →You will work with the management to design, develop, implement and track both activity and HR strategic/business plans to recruit, develop and retain the talent needed to accomplish the assigned mission.
- →You will review past recruitment practices and local labor market conditions to advise on future staffing strategies.
- →You will provide strategic recruitment advisory services (i.e., determining the where, how and means to find talent) to management officials.
- →You will apply a thorough understanding of classification principles and concepts to interpret and apply classification standards/guides to reach sound classification decisions.
- →You will analyze, develop and administer organizational design and position management to enhance the efficiency and performance of organizations.
