About the Role
You will serve as a HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT/CLASSIFICATION) in the Human Resource Office, Staffing and Classification Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a Command Advisor to recruit, hire and assist in shaping NAVSUP workforce.
- →You will advise management on the position classification process and the use of various classification standards, appeals, and other references.
- →You will advise management on HR services, merit system principals, pay and compensation.
- →You will analyze, develop, and administer organizational design and position management to enhance the efficiency and performance of organizations.
- →You will develop, modify, conduct, and oversee presentation of personnel staffing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- ✓One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study.
- ✓If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.
- ✓GS-11 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
