About the Role
About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Headquarters in Fort Huachuca, AZ.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a Civilian Personnel Human Resource Advisor (HRA) and senior civilian personnel advisor for the US Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM).
- →Provide personnel services for a fluctuating civilian workforce dispersed world-wide with some volatile sites and politically sensitive missions downrange.
- →Serve as the NETCOM HR Advisor on civilian personnel management for the Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system.
- →Serve as a key advisor and special projects manager, working on major Human Resources (HR) projects and programs in any of the human resource management functional areas.
- →Serves as a senior HRM special project and program manager responsible for the management, control, coordination, and execution of projects and programs to support NETCOM business objectives and strategic planning efforts.
- →Provide expert advisory and consultative services to all management levels within the command and its field activities on specific and command-wide issues
