What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a staff advisor and consultant on the recruitment and placement program.
- →You will conduct studies and analyses of Human Resources Programs.
- →You will provide continuing advice and guidance on recruitment and staffing, basic employment policy, appointment authorities, affirmative action programs, reduction-in-force, equal employment opportunity objectives, and the Federal merit system.
- →You will maintain and ensure command-wide position classification accuracy and consistency in interpreting and applying position classification standards.
Requirements
- ✓For the NH-02 Pay Band Only In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: a successful completion of a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree; -OR- a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
