About the Role
You will serve as a Senior Human Resources Specialist in the Human Resources Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
What You'll Do

- →You will design and execute staffing strategies, including assessment development and recruitment plans for hard-to-fill or mission-critical positions.

- →You will provide authoritative consultation on classification, staffing, compensation, and comprehensive HR solutions.
- →You will interpret, apply, and advise on federal HR policy to ensure compliance and resolve human capital issues.
