What You'll Do
- →You will utilize a wide range of personnel management theories, concepts, principles, laws, regulations related to compensation, position classification, identify interrelated problems, draw conclusions, and apply the appropriate course of action.
- →You will advise management with solutions involving highly complex human resources issues primarily in position and organizational development issues in a timely matter.
- →You will perform job analysis efforts to develop qualification requirements and applicant evaluation techniques consistent with OPM qualification criteria to determine the best qualified applicants.
- →You will utilize Federal Staffing and Classification, DCPDS and CWA automated systems.
Requirements
- ✓4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree
