What You'll Do
- →You will provide classification and compensation advice and guidance on multiple personnel systems, General Schedule (GS), Broad/Pay Band, and Federal Wage System (FWS).
- →You will provide strategic staffing advice and guidance to all levels of management.
- →You will provide advisory services to all levels of management on employee and labor relations.
- →You will develop and promote strategic training programs and services to the workforce.
- →You will conduct analyses on HR services for continuous improvement and streamline of services.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of general experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
