The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the HQ SPACEFOREUR-AF Military HR specialist, exercising supervisory responsibility over a Commander's Support Staff of 3 or less individuals.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of assigned programs or projects for the division or organization.
- →Represents Space Force with a variety of agency, command, and installation and functional area organizations.
- →Performs a full range of staffing advisory services to organizations service.
- →Performs strategic communication to advocate for organization.
- →Performs supervisory personnel management responsibilities over the Commander's Support Staff less than 25% of the time.
