About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Community Hospital at Fort Campbell Tennessee. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Advises supervisors on correct personnel action procedures.
- →Utilizes automated personnel systems such as the DCPDS, AutoNOA, and FASCLASS to process actions, retrieve information, and manage DHA, DA, and DoW applications.
- →Guides selectees through the pre-employment process by initiating and tracking required conditions of employment.
- →Briefs leadership and prepare comprehensive reports documenting progress, bottlenecks, and required corrective actions.
- →Identifies operational challenges, coordinate corrective actions, and implement process improvements as necessary.
- →Researches, analyzesand applies federal laws, labor statutes, regulations, and reference materials governing human resources operations.
