About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Blanchfield Community Hospital at Fort Campbell Tennessee. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Non-Federal work experience MAY be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Authority
What You'll Do
- →Advise supervisors on correct personnel action procedures.
- →Utilize automated personnel systems such as the DCPDS, AutoNOA, and FASCLASS to process actions, retrieve information, and manage DHA, DA, and DoW applications.
- →Guide selectees through the pre-employment process by initiating and tracking required conditions of employment.
- →Brief leadership and prepare comprehensive reports documenting progress, bottlenecks, and required corrective actions.
- →Identify operational challenges, coordinate corrective actions, and implement process improvements as necessary.
- →Research, analyze, and apply federal laws, labor statutes, regulations, and reference materials governing human resources operations.
