About the Role
About the Position: This position is located a Fort Riley, Kansas. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Non-Federal work experience may be creditable for leave purposes. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
What You'll Do
- →Advise supervisors and administrators on personnel action procedures.
- →Provide human resources advisory on proposed position descriptions.
- →Provide technical oversight of designated projects and personnel action procedures.
- →Manage and utilize various automated information/data systems to collect data, gather information, prepare reports, and perform daily tasks.
- →Develop reports to meet management needs regarding status of individual personnel actions, to evaluate overall personnel management support, or to address specific areas of concern/interest.
