About the Role
About the Position: Serves as a Human Resources Specialist (Military) for the Joint Activities located at Fort Meade, Maryland. Only resumes up to a total of two pages will be accepted.
What You'll Do
- →Establishes goals and objectives, develops project deadlines, and identifies resources available to execute mission assignments.
- →Serves as the Command's functional and technical expert for all matters that pertain to human resources (military and civilian) personnel management, administration and career development.
- →Manages and directs the personnel management program for all personnel (commissioned officers, warrant officers, noncommissioned officers, enlisted, and civilian personnel) assigned to the unit.
- →Conducts officer, enlisted and civilian strength management and keeps the command informed.
- →Establishes standards, develops operating policies, programs, procedures, and long-range plans, and provides technical guidance.
