About the Role
About the Position: Serve as a senior staff member and action officer performing a variety of duties designed to evaluate and improve on the civilian human resources (HR) management practices and policies governing the overall U.S. civilian HR management systems throughout US Africa Command (USAFRICOM).
What You'll Do
- →Provide advice and assistance in various civilian HR program areas to all levels of management officials within HQ AFRICOM.
- →Prepare and present reports and briefings on program status and/or recommended actions to appropriate individuals.
- →Assist in developing Human Resources (HR) employment policies and programs.
- →Maintain program responsibility for one or more civilian human resources program(s).
- →Conduct studies and investigations designed to improve the employment situation and resolve identified problems.
