What You'll Do

→You will assist in the development and implementation of policies, processes, resources, and tools that support strategic human capital planning and management efforts.
→You will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of various workforce demographics and career management data to develop and propose new and updated policies and programs.
→You will produce regulations, pamphlets, directives, procedural manuals, and other documents necessary for successful. implementation and practice.
→You will ensure necessary resources are budgeted to support requirements.
