What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Labor and Employee Relations (LER) Trainer, responsible for developing, conducting and monitoring LER training for trainees.
- →Provides initial and refresher training for new and/or newly appointed employees and works closely with them to review their work.
- →Coordinates with the Program Manager of the Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Performance Management program on developments and evaluation, as well as staff advisory functions.
- →Provides advice and guidance to supervisors and employees concerning employee relations, discipline, grievances, appeals, leave administration, performance management, hours of duty, premium pay, merit pay and employee-management communications.
- →Interprets and clarifies Labor Relations policies, laws, regulations, Executive Orders, and decisions of Labor Relations formal bodies, standards, and procedures to all levels of management.

- ✓Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
