About the Role
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (EMPLOYEE BENEFITS) in the USFF HR SERVICES BRANCH, EXECUTIVE SUPPORT OFFICE of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for program administration, planning, developing, carrying out the full range of advisory services, and daily work in the functional areas of Employee Benefits.
- →You will provide a full range of management advisory services on all day-to-day matters involving workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
- →You will review, analyze, and interpret injury compensation standards established by Congress and the Department of Labor.
- →You will be responsible for administrating all aspects of the Department of Navy’s Federal Compensation Act (FECA) program.
