If so, we are searching for someone like you to fill a position located in the Office of the Director (OD), Office of Human Resources, (OHR), Workforce Relations Division (WRD), Retirement and Employee Benefits Branch (REBB).
What You'll Do
- →As a Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits) within the Retirement and Employee Benefit Branch (REBB) you will: Assist in administering benefits and retirement programs.
- →Work with employees, annuitants, and family members of deceased employees on benefits and retirement program situations, such as when combining federal service that has been credited under various and dissimilar programs.
- →Provide information necessary to help employees of the organization make irrevocable decisions and to garner the maximum gains from the available benefits.
- →Interpret and prepare informative material for employees on new, changed, and pending policy, and outlines the impact on existing benefits program entitlements.
- →Counsel or advise individual employees on sensitive or serious problems related to health or life insurance coverage.
Requirements
- ✓If you qualify based on education in lieu of specialized experience, you are strongly encouraged to submit a copy of your transcripts or a list of your courses including titles, credit hours completed and grades.
