What You'll Do
- →You will review case documentation (e.g., evidence, records, precedent decisions) to ensure a case file is complete.
- →You will advise managers on provisions governing collective bargaining agreements.
- →You will provide advice and assistance on employee relation matters to managers.
- →You will align a performance management program (i.e., performance and awards) with organizational goals and objectives.
- →You will respond in writing to employee, applicant, manager inquiries.
