About the Position: Okinawa is the tropical southernmost prefecture of Japan. The prefecture consists of about 160 islands, which are scattered over a 350-mile-long area. What You'll Do
- →Provide human resources (HR) recruitment and placement services to the assigned District HR Support Team.
- →Post vacancy announcements for vacant Substitute/Training Instruction positions, rate applications, and determine qualified candidates.
- →Determine the appropriate treatment of matters as they apply to moderately complex retirement and insurance benefits issues.
- →Analyze and evaluate assigned districts' current recruitment situations, including turnover and vacancies, to identify and forecast recruitment problems.
- →Perform a full range of HR advisory services to the service district populations on topics including recruitment strategies, selection processes, pay, allowances, and travel.
